If you're only interested in shit-coin rug-pulls and temporarily boosting the price of a token, don't bother jumping in on this.

This course is for those who want to help brands achieve long-term sustainable growth and attract a community and customer base that will stay with them for the long-term.

basically, if you've got a good project your users love, this will help you find more of them.

What's included?

We'll get onto the specifics shortly.

In short, this course is a behind the scenes peek at the tactics and strategy I've used to help various digital brands grow their lead generation and revenue.

You'll get access to the step-by-step approaches I've used to help grow various brands over a ~10 year career.

Who am I?

My name's Pete Boyle and I've been working in growth marketing and strategy for SaaS brands for about 10 years.

I've devised strategies that have helped dozens of businesses attract more users, increase revenue, and get the traction they need to secure more funding.

But Web3 is different, right?

Is it?

Good marketing has had the same core components for decades. They're simply updated for the channels and language people are using today.

A lot of brands are missing out on easy growth triggers because they're overlooking tried-and-tested growth strategies that are still working in Web3.

I'll show you how to leverage those existing channels to add new users to your project.

What's included?

1 - Finding your message

The "foundation" user review system

Your users are the core of your projects success.

This system will help you identify what they like, dislike, want, and how they speak about your project so you can improve marketing across all channels to attract more high-value users.

Key deliverables:

  • The value proposition and messaging HQ spreadsheet
  • High-touch research methodology
  • Low-touch research methodology
2 - Clearly communicate your value

Create an offer that converts

Most users, after hearing about you, will head to your site to see what you're about.

Sadly, most Web3 brands are lost in the jargon of the industry and even people deep into Web3 don't understand what it is they offer.

Here you'll templates to turn the research you found into a compelling offer anyone can understand and that attracts your key users.

Key deliverables:

  • Reframe simple feedback to compelling messages framework
  • Templates for key marketing assets (website, socials, listings)
3 - Get attention

Spreading the word

There was a time when simply paying a Twitter crypto shiller was enough to see your project explode.

These one time actions are fine for quick boosts, but you want to attract new users consistently and with predictability.

This module will explain the steps to building a content and referral machine that compounds over time to attract increasingly higher number of users.

Key deliverables:

  • List of paid and free PR opportunities
  • List of locations to promote your project for initial traction
  • Content marketing templates
4 - Keep attention

Keeping your users

A lot of Web3 brands are pretty bad at keeping users engaged long term.

Mainly because they've shied away from using tried-and-tested comms channels.

In this module you'll get a number of templates and approaches to get your users using the features that keep them coming back time and time again.

Key deliverables:

  • The "high-value feature" system
  • Messaging templates for email
  • Messaging templates for communities

FAQs

Who are you and why should I trust you?

I'm Pete Boyle.

I started my marketing career as a growth focused copywriter and moved into growth strategy.

Over a 10 year career I've helped various startups increase revenue and improve KPIs to help them scale and/or secure funding.

You can see some of my growth marketing studies over at growthmodels.co.

Why is this so cheap?

Yeah, In know some agencies and people out there charge $10,000+ / month for growth marketing services.

Other courses are $2000+ for less information.

Why is this so cheap?

A few reasons.

  1. I want to help as many legit projects as possible - some haven't yet secured funding and are operating on very limited runways.
  2. I'm doing this alone, which means the production quality of videos etc will be pretty raw.
  3. The price will increase over time. This is a pre-sale. Once this is validated and people like the product it'll increase to around $150 - so still cheap.

Does this come with support?

Nope. Due to the nature of the course and the cost, I can't provide 1-2-1 support for this.

You can, however, book a consultation with me directly to get deeper help.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
